Casa Vida was founded in 2008 to provide child victims of abuse and violence with a safe place of shelter and support. Based in Dili, Casa Vida responds to the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of each child, offering support services to women and children from across Timor-Leste.

Our Mission

Casa Vida exists to protect and restore the lives of women and children affected by violence in Timor-Leste through holistic, trauma-informed shelter and in-home care; advocacy and prevention of exploitation; and collaborative strengthening of national protection systems.
