Connected.Coordinated.Complete.
Casa Vida coordinates directly with government ministries, national police, health clinics, legal advocates, and international allies so that every survivor in Timor-Leste receives complete, unbroken protection.

Inter-Agency Coordination
An integrated protection system
Effective survivor recovery requires an integrated system. When law enforcement, healthcare providers, legal representatives, and shelter teams communicate closely, survivors receive immediate care and continuous protection.
Government & Social Welfare
Continuous coordination with the Ministry of Social Solidarity and Inclusion (MSSI) and national child protection bodies on emergency intake, case planning, and family assessments.
Police, Health & Forensics
Rapid multi-agency response with PNTL Vulnerable Persons Unit (VPU), PCIC, hospital teams, and PRADET for medical and legal evidence.
Legal Aid & Justice Monitoring
Free court representation, legal counseling, and rights advocacy alongside dedicated organisations like ALFeLa and JSMP.
Bilateral & Community Allies
Development cooperation, diplomatic missions, and faith-based champions funding core operations, training, and education.

Safeguarding Commitments
Safeguarding and survivor dignity come first.
Every partnership must reinforce the safety, privacy, and long-term agency of survivors. Collaboration never compromises confidentiality or creates external exposure.
